I've just managed a way of getting updates from the blog, over on the right-hand side of the page. Just type in the email address you want the updates sent to and you'll know straight away when anyone updates the blog !
Apart from that, hope you're all doing okay? You could spare a thought and a prayer for Alison as she is undergoing some tests for a stomach problem which doesn't want to sort itself out.
